IoT4Industry - Information Session
25-04-2019 :: DSP Valley, Esperantolaan 4, Leuven

Organizer: DSP Valley

The European manufacturing industry is constantly undergoing a modernization process. The Internet of Things (IoT) technologies have already entered into manufacturing and this trend will only increase, towards a so-called “Industry 4.0”. In the future, all forms of advanced industry will have to become more data-driven and more “intelligent” in order to compete effectively.

DSP Valley has become a partner in a European project, called IoT4Industry, with the aim to connect and encourage collaboration between relevant innovation actors from the industrial and IoT sectors to:

  • Modernize the production capabilities in European industry, specifically in SMEs
  • Increase the competitiveness of companies through more efficient production.
  • Answer to local needs with the help of vouchers and fully meet demands.

Recently the project consortium has launched a second call for project proposals, to be submitted before june 11, 2019. With these proposals, companies can ask for funding up to 60.000€. All the relevant info like eligibility criteria, scope of the call,... can be found on the IoT4Industry website.

DSP valley kindly invites interested companies for an information session on April 25th, 2019 in the offices at the Esperantolaan 4 in Leuven. During this session you will get first hand information on the project call, the possible funding and how to submit an eligible proposal.
